• Payment Information: Processed securely by Paddle.com. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: Logs, session data, and feature usage for improving the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the clinic management service.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To enable face-recognition check-in for patients.
• To send service notifications and support communications.
• To improve features and user experience.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. Patient medical data is accessible only to the treating doctor and authorized staff.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Paddle.com) for transaction processing.
• AI service providers (Groq/OpenFDA) for AI assistant features — only anonymized queries are sent.
• Legal authorities if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
