1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dr. AI Clinic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dr. AI Clinic provides a web-based clinic management platform including patient records, appointment scheduling, queue management, AI-assisted tools, and subscription billing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle.com.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Free trials are limited to one per user and require admin approval.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must comply with applicable healthcare data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Patient data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Dr. AI Clinic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr. AI Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
